FAQ

Questions before you send XRP.

Rabbit Raise keeps the donor path simple, but XRP payments still need careful details. These answers cover the rules that matter before you start or support a campaign.

Do donors need to sign in?

No. Donors can browse campaigns and get payment instructions without logging in. Optional Xaman sign-in is only for saved receipts, reissuing started payment intents, refund controls, and public donor profile display.

Why is the destination tag so important?

All donations go to one Rabbit Raise payment wallet. The destination tag routes the XRP payment to the correct campaign. If the tag is missing or wrong, the payment may require manual review and might not credit automatically.

Does Rabbit Raise hold donations?

Yes. Campaign XRP is held in the Rabbit Raise wallet after donation confirmation. Funds move to the creator only after creator collection or admin-reviewed settlement, and missed-goal or late payments can be queued for refund review.

Can I donate from an exchange?

A personal wallet is safer. Exchange and custodial payments can make refunds harder because the source account may not belong directly to you or may require its own tag.

How does creator verification work?

Creators connect with Xaman, upload an optional profile image, and post a one-time Rabbit Raise verification code on X. Once verified, the wallet can create future verified campaigns without reposting for each one.

What does Rabbit Raise charge?

The default platform fee is 1.5%, charged only when a campaign reaches its goal and funds are released from the Rabbit Raise wallet. Missed-goal refunds return the full donor amount without subtracting that fee.

When do donations show up?

Payment confirmations appear after Rabbit Raise validates the XRPL transaction. The campaign page listens for live updates and also checks payment status as a fallback.

Can creators preview a campaign?

The creator flow supports drafts and wallet-scoped draft recovery. A full public preview workflow is a planned polish item, so creators should review their details carefully before submitting.

What campaigns belong on Rabbit Raise?

Real needs, community causes, creative work, emergencies, and XRP ecosystem initiatives are a fit when the campaign has a clear story, specific goal, and honest creator identity.
